The compact design of the Paramount FIT5000 Multi-Station gym provides versatile and efficient strength-training performance in minimum space, reports Steve Rhodes, Paramount vice president of sales and marketing. Ideal for on-site corporate fitness programs, the FIT5000 system features the most popular strength-training exercises including the choice of Paramount Advanced Rotary Technology, with the unique 3-way adjustable press bench, or a vertical butterfly and chest press station.

Optional exercises include a choice of the leg press/calf press station or the unique Paramount single cable column design for both upper and lower body exercises, plus vertical knee raise/dip, inner/outer thigh, lateral raise, upright row and standing biceps curl.
