Fitness chain gives a health boost to South Florida Communities for the Holidays

After the cookies and pumpkin pies consumed by the masses this holiday season begin to appear on the rear of their devourers, Busy Body/Gyms To Go Fitness Retail Corporation is taking the first step toward healthy living.

Body fat testing. And it is free. The certified personal trainers/sales specials at Busy Body/Gyms To Go will be available from now until February to conduct free body fat testing and fitness evaluations.

We believe the first step to a healthier body is understanding how your body works and body fat is a great way of figuring that out,ä said Carlos Vasquez, co-owner.

The scale can be our worst enemy. The fact is, the numbers on the scale may tell nothing about a persons health at all. The percentage of body fat on a persons body is actually more important to know and understand than total weight because it can indicate more specific health problems, such as obesity.

If body fat percentages are lower than muscle mass percentages, a person thought to be overweight by 20 pounds because of what the scale reads is actually in much better shape than expected.

This is all a part of the Busy Body/Gyms To Go new company mission: customer care and personalized support.

With knowledge comes better health, said Jon Larkin, Co-owner and CEO. We want to help people better understand their bodies and potential health risks of weight gain and obesity so they will have the resources to take initiatives toward a healthy body and spread the word of health.

By incorporating specialists such as certified physical trainers, chiropractors, and nutritionists to assist new customers, Busy Body/Gyms To go is starting a network, where getting healthy is not a lonely road. There is help available and they are the first to provide it.

The new Gyms To Go name backs a convenient concept for customers. The idea is that rather than buying one piece of gym-grade equipment, they can buy a set including cardio and strength apparatus suited for the customers needs and fitness goals for the same price as going to a gym, then becoming a part of a network where reference to the professional health world will be exclusive under the Busy Body/Gyms To Go Association.

But to start, for just walking into one of the Busy Body/Gyms To Go locations, customers can get an array of great information and a roadmap of ways to start their journey to a healthier body.

Health does not have to mean decreasing your food intake to minus 30 calories a day. It can actually be quite the opposite, said Vasquez. Everybody has a different body shape and lifestyle, therefore requiring different types of nutrition plans and home gym equipment. This is where we come in!

They are now offering:

Free consulting from a certified personal trainer/sales specialists

Free body fat testing

Free nutrition and exercise assessment

And Busy Body/Gyms To Go believes that even when money is tight health is still important, so they are now offering consumers A free home gym with any purchase of new Precor Treadmill or Precor Elliptical equipment 0% interest financing

No money down for 6 months The bottom line: health is too important to put on hold.
