Newly patented fitness product gives every body a personal fitness trainer

Cardio workouts will no longer be viewed as a lonely and mundane chore, thanks to a fitness product that combines, for the first time ever, the motivation of a personal trainer with the challenge of an interval-style cardiovascular workout. VO 2 Maxed Inc., the creator of the Cardio Coach Guided Workout, has just released Volume 2 of this innovative and patent approved Series.

The audio workouts provide a cutting-edge, fresh approach to fitness. Until now, exercisers could hire personal trainers to push them through their strength training routines, but were on their own when it came to doing their cardiovascular exercise. Now, with the Cardio Coach workouts, available on CD or as MP3 downloads, exercisers have their personal trainer alongside them the entire workout---to guide, motivate and inspire them to success---all while exercising on their favorite stationary exercise equipment.

Sean O'Malley, founder and president of VO 2 Maxed, and the “voice behind the coach” on the first two volumes, designed the workouts to overcome traditional exercise program shortfalls. Cardio Coach combines the standard method of exertion measurement, monitoringtoring of the heart rate, with a method known as “perceived levels of exertion.” This unique partnership allows the exerciser to control the intensity of the workout based on how he or she feels---an important factor in exercise motivation.

Exercisers of all fitness levels can utilize the vast variety of cardiovascular equipment on the market and get a great workout while using the Cardio Coach Guided Workouts. Individualals can also take advantage of the Cardio Coach workouts while walking, running or jogging.

The Cardio Coach workouts utilize “challenges” or “intervals," which are bouts of high intensity exercise followed by lower intensity “rest” periods. By incorporating interval training into a workout routine, a participant can increase metabolism, thus lowering body fat and increasing lean muscle tissue. A bonus: interval training keeps workouts shorter, which means less time spent exercising with better results.

O'Malley's goal is to educate and inspire exercisers to put their hearts first, from a health and fitness standpoint and a human standpoint. Sean's key philosophy begins with the understanding that no fitness product will help until the mind is strong enough to utilize it. While cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of both men and women, statistics show that even knowing the facts, the majority of Americans are still not exercising. O'Malley plans to change that by strengthening the minds of his customers.

Much like Tae-Bo, participants are drawn to the genuine, spiritual and gentle---but motivating---approach of Sean O'Malley. The soundtrack, originally scored music by renowned musician Jeff Order, is dynamic, powerful, and high-energy. And the product is for everyone, those looking for extra motivation, and those needing a reason to keep exercising.
