Grizzly Fitness considers women's fitness a key target for growth

“Pumping Iron is no longer exclusive to bodybuilders and football players. Last year in North America, there were over 45 million people (over the age of 6) who trained with some form of free weights – barbells, dumbbells, or hand weights. That number represents a 101% increase in Participation since 1987 and ranks free weight use FIRST among the top 20 fitness activities.”

Women are turning to strength training and free weight more than ever, and to keep up with this emerging demand, Grizzly Fitness continues its development of their Women’s Fitness Glove Line.
