The Hot Springs Athletic Club is the premier health club facility in Glenwood Springs. Over 1000 members enjoy unlimited access to the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool and utilize a wide variety of exercise equipment, classes, and first class amenities. Visitors are also welcome every day.

The Athletic Club is housed in the original 1888 sandstone bath house, which creates a unique setting. The luxurious lobby features plush Victorian furnishings and vintage photographs of the Hot Springs in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Several low impact, water and step aerobics classes are offered, as well as, fitness classes such as yoga, spinning and toning. The weight room features state-of-the-art Paramount Advanced Performance System strength training equipment and exercise stations and a separate area equipped with free weights.

An array of cardiovascular equipment, such as treadmills, a rowing machine, stair-steppers, bicycles, and cross-trainers are located on the upper level. Personal trainers are available to assist with all of the equipment and to develop customized, individual fitness programs. If handball and racquetball is your game, there are 4 courts to choose from.

To unwind after a hard workout, relax in the oversized whirlpool, steam room or sauna located in a beautiful mosaic-tiled alcove overlooking the outdoor hot springs. Or lounge on the private sun deck. Afterward, shower and freshen up in the spacious locker rooms, complete with toiletries.
