Decide where you fit on this scale and begin your workouts gradually.Workouts are only effective if you make them consistent however, do not overdo it. When starting out you should never continually exercise for more than one hour a day and should alternate every other day. Begin doing short reps with minimal weights, if you are using them, and increase the number of reps and weights as your body responds positively. You will find all the information you need to organize your exercise workouts online. Review what body muscles you want to work on and what you want to achieve. There is a considerable difference between working out for basic fitness and health and bodybuilding. Only work as your body responds, trying to overcome a sore muscle by working through it can create serious damage.
