Body building starts with discipline

To do anything effectively you must apply discipline and body building is no different. You must define a body building guide for what parts of the body to work with and what exercise equipment you will need.

Once you have defined the body building muscles to be worked on and which equipment will be required, then you need to work on your mentality. If you do not have personal discipline to stay of focus it may be necessary for you to join a group or fitness club for encouragement and motivation. If you feel you do have the personal discipline to workout regularly then you can do this from your own home.

The advantage of body building from your home is that you have more time. Whether your exercise workout is with or without equipment, it can be from 10 minutes to an hour. If you had to travel to a gym, change clothes and line up for equipment, you would definitely need more time. Choose a daily or every other daytime that fits with your schedule and allows you enough time for your scheduled workout. Start out gradual and increase as your body responds to the exercises.
