Whichever your reason is, be sure that you approach the back exercises properly and routinely.Whether your job is sitting, standing, lifting or lying down we all use our back every day. Back exercises will prevent pain, disability and even loss of income if done correctly. Using proper techniques for whatever your job is will allow you a comfortable life without physical problems. There are many back exercises that you can use but be sure that you have no disability before doing any of them. Work on these exercises daily to strengthen your back and protect you from accidental injury. Unless otherwise instructed you can do back exercises one to five times a day. Use a smooth, slow action as you exercise. If any exercise brings pain or causes tingling, numbness or weakness in the legs stop immediately. If the sensation continues contact your physician.
